As expected, the natural wine made by the 'god of wine' Master of Wine (MW) is a class apart. It's not ordinary skill, seeing how it captures the fruit flavor and terroir in a single glass of wine without any frills and is clean and natural. True natural wine is one that minimizes human intervention in the natural environment given by God while expressing the terroir and grape character with high concentration. We follow the charm of true natural wine made in Willamette Valley , the largest wine producing region in Oregon, USA, with MW Bree Stock, who visited Korea.
